Gioia is a dynamic and experienced leader known for delivering results through integrated and innovative solutions.  She has improved customer satisfaction ratings and generated strong returns on investments for Fortune 500 companies, private and nonprofit organizations.   Some of the top companies and brands Gioia has worked with, include: Allstate Insurance Company, Sears, Roebuck, and Company, Caterpillar Inc., GlaxoSmithKline USA, Disney Vacation Club, Domino Foods, Inc.

Her expertise is inclusive of the following industries: architecture, insurance and financial services; retail; pharmaceutical; early-childhood education; healthcare/medical; travel; commodity markets; and consumer packaged goods.

Gioia is a strong believer in giving back and engages in community-building programs and currently holds board positions at North Avenue Day Nursery and the Athletic Youth Soccer Organization.
